When you join our waitlist or use our service, we may collect:

• Contact info: Name and email address (from the waitlist form)
• Survey responses: Team size, crew count, pain points, and current tools (from the waitlist quiz)
• Usage data: Pages visited, scroll depth, button clicks, time on page (via Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel)
• Device info: Browser type, screen size, operating system, mobile or desktop, and IP address (collected automatically)
• Partial responses: If you start the waitlist quiz but don't finish, we save your answers so far (without your email) to improve our product

How We Use It

• To notify you when GroundCrew launches
• To understand what features matter most to landscaping owners
• To improve our website and marketing
• To send you product updates (you can unsubscribe anytime)

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data to anyone
• We don't share your email with third parties
• We don't send spam

Analytics & Advertising

We use the following third-party tools:

• Google Analytics 4: Tracks page views, scroll depth, button clicks, and time on page to help us understand how visitors use our site.
• Microsoft Clarity: Records anonymous session replays and heatmaps so we can see how users interact with the page. Clarity masks sensitive content by default.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook): Tracks page visits and button clicks for advertising purposes. This allows us to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram and measure ad performance. You can opt out of Meta tracking via your Facebook ad settings.

These tools use cookies and may collect IP addresses, browser info, and browsing behavior. No passwords, payment info, or private messages are shared with these services.
