By using the GroundCrew website or joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms.

The Service

GroundCrew is a crew management application for landscaping businesses. The service is currently in development. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any specific features, pricing, or launch date.

Waitlist

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive email updates about GroundCrew's development and launch. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

Your Account (When Launched)

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for your account security
• You must be 18 or older to use the service
• One account per business

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or copy the application
• Use the service to spam or harass anyone

Pricing

Pricing shown on the website is subject to change before launch. Current pricing (Free, $49/mo Pro, $99/mo Boss) represents our planned pricing structure. Early waitlist members may receive promotional pricing.

Cancellation

When the service launches: no contracts, cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Data

Your data is yours. If you cancel, you can export your data. We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

GroundCrew is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that the service will meet every specific need. We're not liable for lost revenue, data, or profits arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify users of significant changes via email.
